A: Absolutely! Freshtix has one of the most flexible reserved seating engines available. Set up custom layouts, table designs, pods, and traditional theater and amphitheater seating!
A: Freshtix is a better platform for those looking for a more intimate experience. We do not pressure you for add-ons or incremental fees. Nor do we impose ticket minimums that you must maintain to use the platform. We focus on making your event a success, not the money you’re putting into it.
A: Freshtix takes a small percentage of paid ticket sales. For more comprehensive information about our pricing please take a look at our Pricing guide.
A: Yes! All of our tools are 100% free to try, forever. The only exception is for selling paid tickets. While still “free,” we do take a small percentage of paid ticket sales (3% + $1.75)
A: Absolutely! You can sell tickets for all types of events using Freshtix! There are very few exceptions to this. Reach out to our customer service team for more information about how we can help your school sell concert tickets online.
A: Yes. With Freshtix, you can choose to absorb the fees or pass them on to your ticket buyers. You can also choose to add additional ticketing fees or "convenience fees." 100% of any fees you choose to add belong to you!
A: Freshtix provides you with a great on-site box office app to sell tickets at your event. When using the box office app, your ticket pricing drops down to $1 per paid ticket.
